Privacy policy
In short: your figures stay in your browser. When ads are shown, it only happens after you have given consent.
Who is responsible
Findklartsvar.dk is the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us at admin@findklartsvar.dk or through the contact form.
Your figures in the calculators
Everything you enter in the calculators, for example dates, pay and length of employment, is calculated in your own browser. The information is not sent to us, and we do not store it. You do not need to create an account.
Contact form and email
If you write to us, we process what you send: your message and, if you provide them, your name and email address. The form is provided by Netlify, which forwards the message to our email and stores it in a form inbox. Netlify may process the information outside the EU and EEA on a lawful transfer basis, for example the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We use the information to reply to you and to improve the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We delete messages and emails no later than 12 months after the matter is closed. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Technical operation
The site is hosted by Netlify. When you open the site, Netlify may process technical information such as your IP address, the time and which page you requested. This is done to deliver the site securely and reliably. The information is not used to identify you.
Ads from Google
The site uses Google AdSense to be able to show ads. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads. In Denmark and the rest of the EU and EEA this only happens after you have given consent in the consent window. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services in Google's privacy information. You can also manage personalised ads under Google's ad settings.
Search statistics
We use Google Search Console to see which searches lead to the site. It shows overall figures and does not give us information about individuals.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete information about you, to object, and to restrict processing. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe your information is being handled incorrectly.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
